A multidisciplinary approach to health involves the participation of professionals from different areas, with the aim of providing more efficient care that presents changes in your health condition. In the case of language and/or hearing disorders, the focus of professionals with different knowledge and specialties allows the clinical picture to be seen in a broader way, increasing the chances of identifying a more precise diagnosis and treatment. For this approach to be effective, it is important that each person understands their role in the team, respecting the specificities of the other professionals. To this end, we invite the reader to get involved with a multidisciplinary call in the area of ​​language, audiology and communication.
