ANÁLISE COMPARATIVA DE SOLUÇÕES ESTRUTURAIS EM CONCRETO ARMADO PARA UM EDIFÍCIO COM TRÊS PAVIMENTOS

Abstract

Reinforced concrete is the material most used by civil construction in Brazil, because it is an easy-to-handle material and because it does not require qualified labor in its execution. Being a heterogeneous material, but that works homogeneously, resisting the requested efforts very well. The use of software is increasingly used in structural projects, this is due to the great advancement of technology, as it delivers accurate results with great speed and quality. The objective of this work is to carry out a comparative analysis of structural solutions in reinforced concrete for a commercial building with three floors. The analysis and structural design will be carried out within the parameters of NBR 6118/2014, aided by the TQS software, which has great prestige among structural calculation offices in Brazil. However, the analysis of an engineer is essential, who must always examine the results delivered by the software. Where the results showed that not always the first release will be the best to contemplate all the requirements of a good structure, being interesting to carry out tests and simulations until arriving at a release that presents a better cost - benefit, better architecture, and utilization of the elements.
