Fatores facilitadores para a criatividade e inovação em ambientes educacionais: um estudo de caso em uma IES privada
Abstract
The present study aims to investigate the factors that facilitate creativity and innovation in educational environments, focusing on a private Higher Education Institution (HEI). Using a quantitative approach, the research was conducted with students from the Administration course, applying a structured questionnaire to assess five dimensions: organizational structure, organizational culture, leadership and management, resources and infrastructure, and collaboration and networking. The data analysis revealed that factors related to infrastructure and networking were the most highly rated by the students, being perceived as essential facilitators for innovation and creativity.
