Abstract
Changes brought about by technologies have driven the birth of new concepts, new paradigms, educational communication processes, which is giving a new scenario of teaching and learning, with social distancing, a sequel left by COVID-19, classrooms remained empty, giving shape to a new teaching format, the remote, which became the newest possibility for teaching and learning. This modality opened up a completely virtual environment, where teachers and students had to reinvent themselves to adapt to this new era of digital education. The methodology used for this study is qualitative, presented through an interview. Given the results that were obtained, it is observed that, in view of the changes brought about by social distancing, educational systems had to find solutions against face-to-face teaching and as an escape valve, online teaching has been used as a new form of learning, where the most professors had to reinvent themselves in the face of this new reality, which generates or does not generate satisfaction in teaching.
